Background

My recent projects have been for clients in biotech, Amgen and Gilead. I entered the medical industry with a short project at Medtronics. I assembled a 1000 page report for the FDA summarizing test and QA results. The product failed and so the project ended. But thanks to that short project I went on to L. A. Care for 4 years where I documented technical and functional specs for legacy apps in support of conversions to more robus industry standard enterprise medical insurance systems.

In the past, I have worked for top scientific, engineering and educational institutions such as DirecTV, Kaiser Permanente, Thomson-Technicolor, Southern California Edison, Honeywell, Boeing Satellite Development Center (on the commercial side), and NASA-JPL-Caltech. The latter which earned me CalTech and NASA recognition with an achievement acknowledgement award.

I consider myself a communicator, catayst and facilitator. I translate complex concepts or instructions into understandable and effective materials for any audience.

I love this work and the challenge of writing and presenting material for inventors, engineers, and for any subject matter experts.
